ABS incorporates a very powerful and versatile rating capability. All of the Rates within ABS are managed using MS-Excel Spread Sheets. If you can manage Excel Spread Sheets, you will be able to configure and mange rates for the ABS 100 system.

ABS 100 supports the following Rate Options

VoIP OnNet Rating. ABS 100 supports rating CDRs that Originated/Terminated on a OnNet VoIP Network or service.
PayPhone Surcharge: You can assign different Payphone Surcharges by Originating State Code.
Inbound DID/800: You can assign different Inbound 800 Rates by Lata, Tier (1-6), and Originating Traffic Type (Interstate/Intrastate) and also charge for originating DIDs.
Ten Digit Rating: You can assign different Rates by defining a Terminating 7 to 10 Digit Number and by the Terminating Traffic Type (Interstate/Intrastate)
NXX Rating: You can assign different Rates for a specific Terminating Prefix (NXX) and by the Terminating State and Traffic Type (Interstate/Intrastate). This rate option will normally be use for NPA-555-XXXX dialing for Directory Assistance.
NPANXX Rating: You can assign different Rates for a specific Terminating NPANXX and by the Terminating Traffic Type (Interstate/Intrastate)
NPANXX Exchanges. You can specify a range of NPA and/or NXX ranges
NPA Rating: You can assign different Rates for a specific Terminating NPA and by the Terminating Tier (1-6) and Traffic Type (Interstate/Intrastate)
Lata Tier Rating: You can assign the 6-Tier Rates for a specific Terminating Lata and by the Terminating Traffic Type (Interstate/Intrastate)
Lata OCN Rating: You can assign different Rates for a specific Terminating Lata- OCN and by the Terminating Traffic Type (Interstate/Intrastate)
State Tier Rating: You can assign the 6-Tier Rates for a specific Terminating State Code and by the Terminating Traffic Type (Interstate/Intrastate)
State Code Rating: You can assign different Rates for a specific Terminating State Code and by the Terminating Tier and Traffic Type (Interstate/Intrastate)
International Rating: You can assign different Rates for a specific Terminating International Country Code and/or multiple combinations of City Codes.

ABS also allows for the user to pre-define OCN-Tier Number Assignments. Assigning OCN-Tier Numbers is optional. ABS will have previously assigned all of the currently loaded NPANXX’s to a 6-Tier number.
